It all began with Nicola.
Warm, joyful and generous beyond measure, Nicola had a way of making everyone feel welcome. In her final weeks, teddy bears became her way of continuing to give.
What began at her hospital bedside has grown into a global tribute: Brian bears hidden in special places, each carrying a little piece of her kindness into the world.
